Reword previous with-temp-buffer-window doc fixes

* lisp/window.el (with-temp-buffer-window):
Reword the doc to be more similar to with-output-to-temp-buffer.

* lisp/subr.el (with-output-to-temp-buffer):
Add doc xref to with-temp-buffer-window.
